Hello all. I'm a student nurse writing a paper about appendicitis, and I need to interview someone. I DON'T NEED PERSONAL INFO. I am only requesting info about your personal experience with appendicitis. Here are the questions, feel free to answer them in as much or little detail as you wish. I appreciate your cooperation!!

1) Please tell me about your experience with appendicitis. When did it start? What signs and symptoms did you experience?
2) How did having appendicitis affect your daily activities or decision-making?
3) What kinds of things do you do to control your condition and prevent complications? Such as do you eat a special diet, take meds, regular activity, or some other behavior?
4) What kinds of assistance do you or did you need from others (family neighbors, hospital nursing staff, etc)?
5) What meds did you take in the hospital? Did you leave the hospital having to take a prescription?
