Lap Appy with Glue, Anyone?

I had a lap appy 1/8/10. I have glue and one stitch in the navel incision. What is it supposed to look like as it heals? Half of it is the color of the glue and the other half looks like a scab, whereas it used to be all glue-appearing. Thanks!

Doc told me there was a small split in the glue, and the thing was a scab. Still healing OK.
